He is more than idiot, more than stupid, he is arrogant and disrespectful! He knows the horses could get spooked. The Cavalry Riders are excellent, they know how keeping their horses under control and cheering them up!

The Highway Code tells drivers how to act around horses (and other vulnerable road users) but many ignore or forget that sadly. However, is there a need to force horses into the one of the busiest, most congested cities on the planet? Is that not cruel, outdated and also against the highway code - the horses are also putting more vulnerable users at risk. The white horse was spooked long before the car driver beeped the horn. Not excusing the driver one bit but taking an easliy spooked horse onto busy footpaths is as wrong. We saw the mess when they managed to lose control and horses were running free in the city. Can't beleive there has been no learning from that. At least one horse was damaged quite severely as was property, and many people were at risk. It's all totally preventable, are they waiting for a death before they act?
