It's a lot of work keeping those cars going. I have one It's a full-time job on top of a full-time job. If Chuck did have a trashed lifter, that's a engine teardown unless you have the money to grenade it. Which gets very costly when a proline costs around a hundred grand.

That is the common practice but OKC doesn't do chase is a race for list races. They go by if you jump you lose. They only do chase is a race if out of towners make the suggestion before the racing begins.

I watched that race 3 times and both of em left at the same time when the light came on. The tires are going to be wrinkled cause they're preparing to go. I don't know how they called it a jump because of the tires. Maybe I'm missing something but it looks like a legit race, and a good one at that, just saying, cause I wasn't there lol....

Those big slicks aren't going to wrinkle until that trans brake is released and the torque hits them.. How do you get that the tire is wrinkled from "preparing to go"? To the eye, they look like they went at the same time but when it comes to determining who went first, you gotta go frame by frame like they did and even if it was only a few milliseconds, the wrinkle of the tire is going to show who released first.
