The shower pressure was really low when I was there last week.

Next time you're in the terminal and experience this, let us know which shower specifically. We checked several, and the water pressure is the same as in Springfield. The shower heads are different though so maybe that's the issue. You can email us at [e-mail] or reach back out on here.

If truck has to be driver unload does prime providers a lumbar

All prime loads are lumper unload paid by prime, the only driver unload is floral runs and those are by choice.

How much no touch freight does prime do

We use lumpers for our unloading. The only freight that requires driver unload is the Prime Floral loads.

Not a fan of the SLC terminal even with the upgrades I avoid this place. Can't get anything to eat after 230 no hot water in the showers last 2 times I was there was so cold I was shivering, oh and there is absolutely nowhere to walk your pets. Bit it is a pretty facility. Sick to death of the mask 😷

Hi Heather! Due to feedback on the hot water at the Salt Lake City terminal, we turned up the water temperature. Hot water shouldn't be an issue anymore. We are working hard to get the cafe fully staffed so we can expand our hours. The end goal is to have the cafe open 24/7!

We checked with Mark Piley (Director of Facility Maintenance), and he said that, unfortunately, we are somewhat limited on green space (grassy areas) at our SLC Terminal. We have quite a few doggy waste stations with bags available located throughout the facility. It would really help, if they were used more often, especially due to the limited grassy areas. We can put more out if that would help (if they would be used).
