Poor TK... He lost 28 years of his life in prison, lost his friend (who betrayed him), killed the people he wanted to, and let Corrigan suffer. Now he's stuck with Ray's garages in NYC.

I think Arthur Baker’s ‘Everybody Reverberate’ song catches the 2006 era perfectly with it’s subdued colors and silver sky, giving NYC the appearance of a phantom world, which suits TK who’s like a ghost from the past seeking vengeance. A wraith.

I really like this ending, so many revenge stories ends up with the protagonist feeling devastated at the end after they sacrificed everything but T.K looks both happy and relieved here.

I think this was a perfect ending. TK knowing that Corrigan was going to die. Not only did TK get his revenge, but he also helped someone else get their revenge, and it would be more meaningful if Maria did it.

Same. Maybe I like sad revenge stories but this and GTA IV are my favorite. Both similar taking place in NYC around the same time period and a protagonist looking for revenge on a guy who sold him out.

I hated this ending when I was younger because I wanted TK to put a bullet in Corrigan, but now that I'm older and know the gruesome details of what they're going to do to him... it's satisfying. They took TK's life, all those years gone, so Corrigan should suffer slowly like TK did. Also, playing after the story is the ultimate loneliness simulator; TK has nobody left unless he kept in contact with Maria.

10:30 mark to 10:36 mark always gets me, How TK is breathing & you can tell so much is on his mind, Spending those many years in jail, losing his friend Ray ( Which I hate he got killed ) and now to live to move on with the rest of his life. It kinda reminds me of Mafia 3's ending when Lincoln lost his family / friends to someone who betrayed him. Btw doesn't TK look alot like Solid Snake when he was " Pliskin " in Metal Gear Solid 2.

Agree. On foot made the games better. I really don't like San Francisco. It messed all the characters including Tanner looking different, Jericho being a normal prisoner instead of the badass gangster in Driv3r. The storyline was quite boring tbh. Well this is just my opinion anyways.

Awesome gameplay and you sure owned Corrigan's goons and those cops too. Excellent ending and Terry may not had the will to kill Corrigan, but I'm pretty sure Maria does whenever she does get the chance though. Not trying to be a perv, but Maria looks cute. :)

Looking back, Driver is an odd series. Most of them followed Tanner (some told differently), then there was this one off story. Not much since then, a shame a new game isn't on the horizon. Can't believe the devs also made Stuntman on PS2, I loved how unique that was.

That's exactly what I'd like too! It should do a back and forth, though, perhaps -- some missions set in the present, then past. But I don't know, because Arrow done that and I honestly hated it. I'd also like it taking inspiration from True Crime New York City, where, the protagonist you play as in the 1980s (what's a Vice City game without it being set in the '80s, right?) has a son, or daughter, or both, who is the protagonist(s) and are cops, and you can choose which route to take, honest cop or a crooked one while helping their empire remain afoot or crumble while they are in jail. And different endings based on what moral route you take, just like True Crime NYC.

@Android / Reflections didn't close, they just stopped making Driver games. Reflections helps out with other games nowadays like Far Cry, Tom Clancy The Division, Ghost recon etc. After Driver:SF they were working on a new game called Driver: Nexus but it got scrapped - the remaining parts of Driver: Nexus got turned into Watch Dogs 1 and now we have Watch Dogs
