Most likely it was a tornado, which were occurring in SC that day, and not Hurricane Idalia. And she was returning home from work.

It was more of a microburst than a tornado. A microburst is a short powerful swirl of wind, while a tornado does not dissipate that quickly.

The woman driving the car that flipped shows her lack of sense, for shrewd people are like those seen at Proverbs 22:3 that says: "The shrewd one sees the danger ahead (such as Idalia coming) and CONCEALS himself (avoiding being out in this storm, hunkering down), but the inexperienced keep right on going and suffer the consequences."
