That's per acre. But if you go per year grass silage will win easy. You can harvest it 3x per year. That will make 3x the yell per acre 6400$ x 3 = 19 200$ per acre with no need to seed/plant that area. Grass wins every time 🤣😂
@IceZagАй бұрын
It would be great to see a video that shows real gameplay with different crop variables and prices, like how much you can earn from crops that can be harvested multiple times per year on the same field for context
@Lucky-2552Ай бұрын
I wanna say either Driver53 or FarmerCop did a sheet with that calculated for FS22 so i assume its only a matter of time unless someone beats them to it @IceZag
@KuSaKa-ez6pfАй бұрын
If you harvest grass 3 times a year then you get 66% of your maximum amount each time. If you harvest it to times then you get 100%. I suggest harvesting it 2 times, cause the teils is similar but you waste less time and repair your vehicles not as often.
@kuhluhOGАй бұрын
And then add biogas plants (or another low-effort production) on top and suddenly the race between sugar beet cuts and gras silage is looking much more interesting.
@peterhaex2253Ай бұрын
is it changed then from fs2022 -> fs2025? in 2022 it was 3x, 100%. no planting needed. only need to fertilize 1x
@The_Black_KnightАй бұрын
If properly calculating, the cost of seed, fertilizer, and herbicide must be subtracted, not to overlook multiple seasonal harvests, or if reseeding is required. What is completely omitted is time based on hourly wages of auto workers. This gives the best baseline, but much more complicated.
@chrisjones6002Ай бұрын
It would be really difficult to add all the factors including AI wages but it is something to consider. Personally, I don't care how profitable a crop is if its a pain to deal with, like carrots with base game equipment for example.

Spinach is ready to harvest in 2 months, and you can harvest 2 times before replanting. You should be able to do that before red beats are ready and way before sugarcane is.

when it comes to poplar did you plant a full acre (no gaps) or via the working width

@josephstearns8853 I mostly used the XMLs to get this data. I did however test a few of the crops to confirm the values were translating correctly. Poplars was not one of them I tested as it would have taken a significant amount of time.

@USMCArchAngel03Ай бұрын
When you're harvesting with a combine there's an option to turn on/off swathing. Swathing means the combine will chop the stalks of the crop into straw and leave a trail of straw behind that you can pick up. Then you can sell that straw as well.

wtf is a square acre? An acre is already an area dimension so saying square acre makes no sense
@CarolinaReeferАй бұрын
A square acre is a unit of area that represents an acre in the shape of a square. Since one acre is defined as 43,560 square feet, to find the dimensions of a square acre, you can take the square root of this number. One side length is the square root of 43,560, which equates to a little over 208. Therefore, each side of a perfect “square” acre would be approximately 208 feet long. Hope this assists you in understanding the solution to your prior question.

No, I don't want you to tell me. I want to play the game and experience it myself. Why do you online video game guys insist on making spoiler reviews with no awareness of how to properly present a game in a way that allows players to experience the game for themselves? Half the enjoyment of a game is exploring it's possibilities, but online reviewers have zero concern for how they ruin that experience.
