@@georgeheilman4243 I read that the line from Kwinana to Northam was the longest dual gauge line in the world (or perhaps the longest double track dual gauge line) when it was opened in 1966.

I know there’s the kal freighter’s but because it left Rockingham I wasn’t sure and doesn’t the kal freighter leave from Kwinana?

@@Watrainchaser It collects fuels, cement and cyanide from various places in the Kwinana Beach area. (Rockingham and Kwinana Beach are next to each other.) And I think there are also containers on flat wagons which are collected from intermodal terminals in Forrestfield and Fremantle, before the train goes to Kwinana to pick everything else up. Then the complete train goes back through Forrestfield, up the Avon Valley (as we saw here recently) to Kalgoorlie.
