That looks really great! You are consistently attentive to detail and a clean, professional process. You and Sealcoating is Life have a very similar work ethic and consistent attentiveness to detail. I wish there were sealcoating companies in my area that were as competent and reliable as you.

Do I know you? Do you know me? If you knew anything about this channel, you would see this is under my name and not my company name. My company doesn't need the attention, likes or any more work because we have more of it than we know what to do with. That's because we've been producing excellent results on the driveways, parking lots, industrial builds, garage floors, warehouse floors, and anything else we touch for over 7 years. I didn't make this channel for any sort of monetization purposes, just a fun thing to do with all the footage, and hope to help some other people out in the process. Now, if that's not enough for you - kindly go kick rocks.

Royer - don't listen to the jerk reply of the guy below! It is obvious you are consitently attentive to detail and work ethic! I don't understand why someone like that even bothers watching the channel th make dumb comments like that.

How has the flake coating stuff going. Thinking about changing industries

Slow and steady! We are on target with what we wanted to do in terms of the number of garages for the year, its just been a learning curve on what it takes to get there in terms of marketing, spend and efforts to land the client. It's a "want" vs a "need" and for sure a higher ticket item, around $6-9 a square foot so the sales cycle is much longer and deal with clients who want the best of the best results, as they should. Anywho, it's been a great addition to the $0 raindays, and it doesn't account for the potential for the dustess grinding market and other commercial opportunities. We're doing a big firehouse station at the end of September and should have video of that whole process!

Great job guys! What is the stuff you're spreading on top of the crack sealer? Is that something to help it dry quick?

Thanks! It's Black Beauty, Fine Sandblasting abrasive. Helps with hot tire pickup, makes the sealer blend better and can walk / run the machine over the hot lines

@@royerfromjersey that makes sense, saves a lot of time, fill cracks and seal the driveway in the same day. Thanks man!

Why do you moisten the ground beforehand? Does it hold better then?
@royerfromjersey6 ай бұрын
It drops the pavement temps from 150F+ down into the 90's, depending on how many times you spray it. Helps the sealer roll out better, avoids "flashing" of the clays + water out of the sealer when it hits hot pavement, better finish and easier to work with!
