I picked up a 2 gal battery operated Milwaukee air compressor recently. It's small, super quiet, and has no problems putting 100psi into the tires on my motorhome. I haven't filled a tire from empty yet, but I'm confident it could do it. Short of having onboard air and CTIS, this is the best thing I could ask for.
