Nice sleepy town with just enough going on…plus it has a waterfront! Also a great Farmers Market. And two new breweries! Good schools too, and relatively low housing costs for the Bay Area. And it has an Amtrak station!

Im going to visit Martinez next year 2022. I have a relative who lives there. Im living in Sweden so it will be a very long trip, and Im looking forward to it :-) Thank you for sharing this video

Welcome to Martinez, as a local. I feel I should add my two cents. I love this town, in the spring with the rolling green hills with cows is one of my favorite things about this place, also a path for many migratory birds that stop by our regional parks. By summer and the grass hills turn gold and the weather can be warm. Good people and great views. I hope you and a wonderful trip, and a great adventure in find the beauty I see in this town.
