What she fails to mention is I-85 traffic into Greenville can be really heavy at times.I live in Boiling Springs and I dread having to drive into Greenville for any kind of business related event.This whole part of South Carolina is growing like crazy!! Stay in California!!!

Honestly the traffic isn’t near as bad as lots of areas of the country. Also I make that drive a lot from Boiling Springs and take backroads most the time.

We drove this exact area a couple weeks ago when in town. My MIL wants to move to Greer area 😊. Thanks for being our virtual Uber driver.

As another viewer commented, those trees were not Crepe myrtle, but a variety of Bradford pear tress, an invasive specie that South Carolina now bans the sale of.

Why the government does not install street lights on the main roads. It can be dangerous and scarry to drive a car at night time.

Not Crepe Myrtles but Bradford Pears ;-) Wish you would have gone on Westermoreland at Gibbs hospital on 14 and showed Le Jardin Subdivision on East Howell. Gates are open during the day. You would have driven past my house when you get on E Howell off Abner Creek. I love proper Greer city more than downtown Greenville. Not as crowded. Good parking and can walk everywhere!!

What is a Mill House?

It’s the style of home that was build around the textile mills here in the area. They are one level houses, usually with a big front porch.

The "master plan" communities seem to me like the first stage before they try the "15min Cities" crap. Reject at all costs.

I think they are pretty neat honestly. O’Neal Village for example is a good 20 min from the grocery stores, shopping, and coffee shops. Kind of cool to be able to not go too far if you forgot something. I’ve also never heard of the “15 min cities” so I’ll look it up and try to understand where you are coming from on this one.
