It sure is! I live in San Antonio and go to Boerne often. I would love to live in Boerne. It's one of the nicest towns I've been to and the people are super friendly and awesome!

Horrible place to move to. I'm pretty sure I overheard some people say they had seen an article about a book about this place. The article supposedly said the book was a biography of a man who went undetected as he lived a life of ritual child sacrifice and cattle mutilation. Sounds like a place that might just have contaminated water or a secret radioactive waste dump. Might be why they started calling it the hill country. In the movies Texas is pretty flat. So called hills could be clever disguise for carcinogenic chemical dump. I'm no expert so I am probably wrong but why risk the health and safety of your loved ones? There are much healthier places to live such as Cotulla, Pearsal, Lubbock.
