Pea soup? More like a Chicken Noodle!! That looks like a mist to me! I once drove down the back lanes in the fog in the dark. And that was thick fog where it was hard to see the side of the road! A tractor came past and I could barely see his lights until he was on me! Now that was a pea soup!
