The skyline around 2:40 is great and it gets better as you approach the city. I have to ask: What are all these monitors on the dashboard? Two GPS units? And the one in the middle?
@CostasAthan11 жыл бұрын
They aren't bad. They are fine. I don't think that anyone would be annoyed by the dashboard. The high view count proves it. When I watched it I was focused on the road... not the dashboard. Anyway consider disabling the comments for these videos if you don't like them!
@CostasAthan11 жыл бұрын
Well, in that case you are right. Date is visible, but personally I don't think it is bad to comment on an old video. There isn't an expiration date. As for the matter of people asking the same question again and again that's what I'm doing: I try to include as much information as possible in video's description about the car, the music, the route etc.

I have fond memories of when I first got my license, I'd drive just about anywhere to see how far a street goes to and so on. Day or night. So watching this makes me a bit sad. For one thing, Toronto in the late 1980's - early 90's, had much fewer traffic lights breaking up otherwise nice stretches of roads all over the city, much less traffic, fewer buildings and fewer people.

Thanks! I hate Hot Weather,I love Cold Weather.I get really used to Weathers pretty fast.I haven't seen much skyscrapers in my life.The only place I've seen really tall skyscrapers was in Panama City,Panama.If you come down here to Puerto Rico,you won't find skyscrapers,even though San Juan has alot of towers.I like alot the Canadian accent for no reason :p.Thanks! You Too Live Happy!

You're always welcome up here, best weather mid-May to mid-Oct. Also you MUST have a US Passport to cross the border, both ways, either by car, air, rail or ocean cruise line. 180-day visa-free. Be safe. Chris

You're always welcome up here BUT don't forget way colder than on your very beautiful tropical island plus very few PRs or latinos up here, compared to latinos in the States of course. But if you don't mind it, no reason why not to have a pretty decent life and bright future up here. On my channel there is a Toronto Skyline Playlist with fairly new videos. Be safe and happy. Chris

@blockhead913 1) damn old video 2) not my music, it was played on XM sat radio while I was driving in that particular video, not in charge with the music played on sat radio.
@CostasAthan11 жыл бұрын
Well the date is visible after you open a video, not on the list with the related videos. But even if it was visible before opening the link, I doubt that anyone would do a search for a newer version. Everyone would play the video that's already a click away!

Toronto Sightseeing, Driving on Don Valley Parkway from Downtown Toronto to Highway 401 in Winter. The Don Valley Parkway, aka Highway 404 is the most scenic freeway in Toronto. Situated on the banks of the Don River, it runs from Gardiner Expressway in Downtown Toronto to Highway 401 in the north. Passed the Highway 401 the freeway is known as Highway 404. The scenery around the freeway is best during the warm months of the year. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oGKkpamhnaqgmM0

1) That shows IGNORANCE 2) We KZbin Partners make MONEY on ANY video, new or old, regardless the number of comments on the video, only the video views matter, in my case about $10/video/month, feel free to see how many videos I have in total. By clicking on the video you've already helped me get more dough in my bank account. 3) The owner of the video is allowed to mock any user with ignorant comment on the video, what I'm doing now with YOU, also to block anybody at his/her own discretion.

@KewlBoy20 TVM, I'll try my best but you know Yonge St is a freakin' long street, the longest street in the world from Lake Ontario to International Falls/Fort Francis MN/ONT border, personally I've been on its 'mile 0' starting point by Lake Ontario and at the very end in International Falls, MN.

You are right, but for these who watch the video for the first time whatever unfolds before their eyes is a current event. They don't think if the car is old or not. For them it's something they haven't seen again.

@slimecrazy552 TVM OK, but first I gotta understand why that particular road, McCowan, in Scarborough, right? is so important to you, so let me know why you want McCowan and not, let's say, Lakeshore Blvd ? But you know, McCowan is a freakin long road, which part of it are you interested the most?

@slimecrazy552 6 min (max 10 min) of 1080p HD video = 1 GB (max 2 GB), rendering, U/L, processing the video by KZbin = over TWELVE (12) HOURS, that's why I always concentrate on something that even somebody from... Calcutta, India LOL would enjoy watching, if you know what I mean, yes, not bad in that area but it's for LOCALS only, no landmarks at all in that area, only Scarborough RT subway and that huge mall, Scarborough Town Centre, also the federal building for passports and citizenship!

Anybody with a YT account can rate your video, vote on comments and spam the comments as well. As per YT rules, you can disable the ratings AND the voting on comments but no feature to block others to spam comments on your videos. My 2012 videos have all video ratings disabled and also the voting on the comments, why? 1 to max 2 (as per very detailed Channel Analytics) users from one country only, FINLAND, has placed ~2,110 dislikes on my videos since Oct 10, same ppl with the spamming as well.

It's how Internet works. Everyone searches for a quick answer and moves on. There is so much information on the Web and everyone just takes a glimpse and moves to the next thing he has on his mind. If someone has one free hour to watch videos on KZbin he would try to watch as many as possible, not to search for more information about the video he just watched. If someone takes a break from his work to watch a video, he will seek for a quick answer for his question.

@Crazyman1212 LOL I dont blame you at all, it wasnt like this 10-12 years ago, liberal immigration that's why over 1 million ppl from anywhere in the world (very few from Europe) settled into the GTA area, roads are the same as they were when TO had less 1 million ppl and over here pretty much everybody drives a car so go figure how traffic is moving from 6am to 10pm almost 7 days/wk. And during the construction season... God Help us! Where do u live in CDA? Merry Christmas.

B/C commenting on a video is totally free, right? regardless whatever you say in a comment, right? But what about everybody should have to pay to comment on a video, just an idiotic example with YT stuff of course, so you pay cause you wanna ask about those electronics on the dash, and then AFTER you paid you find out those gadgets have been discontinued for 2 years, so you lost your money, maybe next time pay more attention to the video date, right? Or maybe I see things differently, right?

That video is almost 3 yo, to compare the issue with other things going on in our lives, who's buying a phone or computer or TV, etc, that's 3 yo, right? My point is what's the freakin' attraction for paying attention to such old (and ugly) video when lots of new videos with very same subject, right? I have 600+ videos, only a mentally disturbed individual would waste time going one-by-one and disable the comments feature on the old videos. Be safe. Chris

"Well the came up as "related videos". That's how people find them" You're correct BUT each and every video has a date on it, right? fully visible to anybody, right? BTW, that Q with that stuff on the dashboard, I got it HUNDREDS of times, repeat, 100+ times, you realize how annoying is to get asked about very same issue over and over again, right? Plus the very last video with THAT stuff on the dash in dated Oct 2010, on top of a very ugly cracked windshield. OLD & UGLY videos, Costas.
