Oh lovely. Man! You’re lucky to have such roads! My Cooper S R56 is shod with brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4’s. Lovely tyres indeed. Grippy and reassuring in both wet and dry conditions. Mine is an Automatic. So I use the paddle shifters a hell of a lot. A manual would be just something else, for the sheer pleasure of snicking through the gears and driving the curvy mountain roads...in the ideal world there won’t be traffic either.

Hi, I just bought an used 2008 automatic R56 Mini, and I just noticed that it's taking a delay while shifting the gear, actually an unexpected delay, is this normal? Is has 160k and I'll do the inspection tomorrow, it might be the transmission fluid?
