Taught but many don’t follow it. that makes them hogs....😱 And in China, overtaking lanes will be set up only when the road meets the standard of a two-way six-lane expressway, and also it is the leftmost lane.

You mean the inner lane. For areas where people drive on the right side of the.road the passing.lane is on the left.
