im staying in setiawangsa and work in sunway area, this highway really saves my time and gives me longer sleep hours with i dont have to wake up at 5:30 to avoid jam.

it's actually 2 weeks for the toll-free period at the alam damai tollgate since the opening on 16/6/2023.

Even with FREE tol offer for the use of the phase 2 stretch, it seems that not many people are using it. I wonder why?

Ftom hulu langat cannot take highway towards ampang. Only towards cheras. The publuc roads the highway concessionaires have not completed. Lane closures still continues after many years. Cause of jam on mrr2 is due to this highway construction near tasik selatan bus terminal. Many years of suffering. Future highway construction should not involve current road closures.

Very true. One can only enter Cheras Hartamas from Ampang, not from Seri Petaling. About entering SUKE from Hulu Langat, you have to make a U-turn near Persimpangan Telekom and enter SUKE either from the Cheras Hartamas interchange or Cheras-Kajang Interchange.

where is the toll alam damai for the other side of the road? is it two storey?

Yes it is two storey. One on the upper tier, one in the lower tier.
