I'm actually a local here so I don't rent too often. In the past I've used Fox Car Rental and Sixt. For Sixt I rented a Kia Sportage and for Fox I got a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. Despite the negative online reviews, both rental companies were fine and I didn't encounter any issues. Anyway, I hope you have a great time in Seattle!
