At around the 13 minute mark? That's Orchard Road which then becomes Sundridge Avenue

Yeah she shouldn't have attempted to change lanes without checking the mirrors and the blue car was on her blind spot, that is why she failed. But to be fair at 34:16 the instructions were not clear especially for someone who does not know the road layout. When you said 2nd left that's usually the other side of a roundabout and staying on the right lane may be the correct action to take, but not on this roundabout as the second left is actually straight and is more like a first left in a typical roundabout.

If it’s the other side I believe he would have said 2nd right ? 2nd left I believe should ring the bell to stay on your left side

I honestly don't do the route according to time, we do whatever test time we get. But don't focus too much on time, rather learn how to deal with the roads and situation and practice good observation and forward planning
