Also I'm a tech for chevy cost to replace those battery packs is about 10k so that reason most people lease these vehicles I'm actually thinking of getting one to use in-between using my gas Silverado...

Great review Eddie! I don't get the pricing on EV cars. Who the hell wants to pay $60k for a Chevy Blazer? Nearly $20k more than the gas engine. Get the F outta here.

Everything is modular these days. The RS and LT AWD systems use the 213HP FWD setup of the LT with a 75HP smaller "helper" motor in the rear which only runs if traction slips up front or heavy acceleration is required - most of the time, the AWD is cruising using only the front motor. The RS RWD uses a much larger 340HP motor in the rear (perhaps the missing motor up front is where the larger battery is stretched?). I expect the SS will have both the 213hp motor in the front and the larger 340hp motor in the rear, which gets us real close to the stated 557hp figure.

ON the rwd model can't you turn on Snow/Ice mode and it'll be in awd mode technically?

I'm tech for chevrolet yes there's an option turn on snow/ice mode I'm actually getting rwd model plus it comes standard with 8 speaker bose system none of the others come with it...

That’s a good strategy more I think the RWD is a drivers spec more power still will have good traction in bad weather with right tires and all the weight low then your safe truck is less powerful AWD and people like us they funnel us into the SS make sense the Standard AWD won’t compete with the SS so the SS stays special

Why? The Tesla is boring and doesn't have anywhere near the styling of the Blazer. I also cannot stand the minimalist design language and functionality of the vehicles. Just a massive tacked-on tablet that looks like an after thought? No thanks.
