That's why many older cars gained so much value in recent years. In the age of iphone cars, analogue cars really shine out. Naturally aspirated engines, fun to drive, minimal analogue interior, manual gearbox, design and sound not ruined by ever increasing regulations. These times are never coming back and the market shows. The only way to get the spirit of those times is by retro mods like RUF SCR.

This and the Gallardo of the same era are my favorite Lamborghini. It was a nice blend of design, performance and character. I miss the days were a proper sport car had to be analog and manual, nowadays it's all about numbers.

Early Lamborghinis look like shit now tbh... Both Murcielago and Gallardo have outdated and horrible design by today's standard. imho, Lamborghini has nailed it with the Huracan design. The car came out in 2014... It's been 8 years and it still looks as good as new. Timeless design for sure and the sexiest Lambo to date.

12 cylinders, 6 gears. As God intended. Also, you have to remember that Ferrari is a race team that sells road cars to help cover the cost. Always has been. Lamborghini started making super cars because Enzo wouldn't listen to a customer on how to make the road cars better. So Ferruccio just did it himself.

A true halo car for me that’s just as drop dead gorgeous as it was when I first saw it in NFS Hot Pursuit 2. Of course at that time I had no idea it would also remain one of the best sounding cars long into the future. Easily my favorite Lambo. Thanks for sharing this experience with us!

The LFA is not analog! It came out too late, by the time it came out it had digital screens and paddle shifters. Pagani Zonda is better than the LFA, that's the real analog supercar you should've been talking about instead of the LFA.

This is the last Lambo that was available with a manual transmission. This manual version is the absolute best version of the Murcielago. If I were had the money to get a Murcielago, I'd want one like this, only with the standard factory exhaust on it. Thanks.

Niiiiiice, This is my naughty boy dream car. Now I'm not a huge Italian sports/super car fan, but the Murciélago is definitely on my favorites list, I seen it once in this lime green metallic color, that was when the love for this car started to grow higher. Oh boy. This is the car that got me into cars. Its the same age as me, arrived in 2001. I don't know, I just adore everything about this car. The design is so cool, its the definitive supercar shape for me. The engine noise, I would listen to this v12 over any modern Lambo v12's. The fact that this car is evidently so great to drive as well, its just automotive perfection.

Gated manuals just sound and look so satisfying. I was honestly caught off guard by the exhuast noise as well. Im used to the modren era of supercars where they sound super aggresive and sound like f1 cars with flatcut gearing. This doesnt sound far off my s550 mustang gt. I love it.
