Even to build a 1 room there is no mortgage & usually some sort of a beautiful view & food from the land. Of course there is poverty here but that is really only a small percent. Jamaicans are proud of themselves that’s the reason why they shine all over the world. One love

Is Jamaica 🇯🇲 a country that is filled with foreigners ? If your answer is no it means that Jamaica 🇯🇲 have a right for it's original people rich or poor to build their own beautiful mansions. and you surely don't understand Jamaica 🇯🇲 housing infrastructure ,because if you do you would know that government also builded hundreds of thousands of homes each year for the nation middle class to buy , while it is the pride of ordinary Jamaicans to build their dream mansions from scratch ,meaning from one room to any size that they choose to stop , Jamaica 🇯🇲 culture is unique that is why it's people are survivers, they will take something small and turn it into something huge .

There is almost no land left to build in Cardiff Hall. The homes are nice but the main road Ricketts Drive is in a bad state. Regardless, the living is peaceful. We heard that there are plans to fix it. Still waiting, years. There are a couple of condo style apartments completed. People are coming home😊😊

Jamaicans don't rely on 9 to 5 everybody is a small or tiny business owner which pay them more than a 9 to 5 job ,if you even see a Jamaican doing a 9 to 5 job the bigger income is outside of the job 🇯🇲 .

In most rural Jamaica you can sleep with your door open. Its pretty safe, which is actually most of Jamaica. Crime is centralized to specific places in Jamaica and most homes dont have Security company watching over their property.
