Technically located in the city of Henderson, this is still a relatively new community with many different home builders still building in many parts. The Cadence community has a lot to offer and has many different options for almost anyone looking to purchase a home in this area. I'll take you through some of the neighborhoods located in this section of the city and show you what can expect if you're considering moving to this side of town.

Cadence is in old part of Henderson surrounded by trailer parks and its built on top of a old toxic dump and airplanes overhead constantly
