Driving to Cocoa Beach on SR-528 from International Drive

Driving from International Drive on SR-528 to Cocoa Beach, Florida. Today we are driving east from International Drive on State Road 528 which is a toll road to Cocoa Beach Pier. This is a long one so buckle up and enjoy the ride!

You don't have to take the toll road, but it is more convenient.

Is that go kart arcade place still in cape canaveral. I think use to be a pink elephant out front of the place. Cant remember the name. Went there a lot as a kid. Travel to visit family in titusville every summer. Always stop there.

So annoyed by Florida and the tolls,, with trying to get a rental car .. we want to pay cash at each toll,, I heard it can't be done due to covid,, (eye roll) Okay Florida put in coin baskets so we can throw in our coins.. I've read to many horror stories of people being charged .

Exactly why I didn't use the toll roads until just a couple of months ago. I got an e-pass which is free to get and it's working great. Love the toll roads. So much quicker and convenient than the I-4 or side roads.

I'm visiting Florida in March. Flying in to MCO and driving down to Tampa..would you recommend I get the e-pass?

@@scorpiodude18 Call ePass and ask how that works with a rental car. If you can do it I think it will be much more convenient.
