Driving track redone at Mesa's police training facility

For the first time in nearly 30 years the entire driving track was completely redone at Mesa's Police Academy Training Facility.

Since Mesa PD are some of the worst drivers in the East Valley, they can use the refresher at driving. Hey, can they add Use Turn Signals, Don't Text and Drive, and especially Don't Be On Your Laptop While Driving to the curriculum? We'd all appreciate it. While they're at it, maybe a refresher on not assaulting civilians with cameras.
