Driving with anxiety

Good video man hang in there! I have similar issues sometimes I set myself up for them before I ever leave I have learned to just keep pushing on regardless tons of times I would give anything not to have to make the drive somewhere but I have learned that is the worse thing you can do the more you give into it and withdraw it will continue taking another piece and another until you will not wanna or be able to drive anywhere at all.
