I always think with these kinds of examinations that it would be way more helpful if the person being examined actually had something wrong with them so we could learn what signs to look out for and how it's diagnosed in real life. I can't tell you how helpful these videos have been for me to learn how to have a good bedside manner. While I like to consider myself an empathetic person who enjoys my time with patients, I also have probable Asperger's and a good "flow" doesn't always come naturally to me. Found this cause I have an issue with limited movement in my shoulder. Is the patient supposed to have nothing wrong with him?

These demos are supposed to be educational tools done on a “blank” patient with no issues 😊 It’s something the students always struggle with, we have to calibrate them on “normal” before they can start examining abnormal

The only bad thing about this video is that it's only 6minutes long :( Dr. Gill is a genius! It's really cold here and my body was very tense, but after this video I finally managed to relax my body.. but now I want to go back to bed and sleep lol

Is it normal for shoulders to grind and click when they rotate. In the socket not the arm rotating round. It also grinds when I push my shoulders back to stretch the pectorals.

Great video as always! Just a suggestion; perhaps in one of your videos you could get one of your assistants to ask a question at the end of the examination? It may make the scenario look a bit more realistic. Just a thought 🙂.
