How the heck do you shut it? I opened mine I guess as 7 years ago I’d not slept in 6 days was pacing and started seeing all kinds of weird things. I’d never seen anything with my eyes closed in my life yet alone open. Long story short got snatched by cops and taken to hospital where they sedated me. 24 hours later never saw Jack again and was released

This sounds like what my mom and grandma called the Holy Spirit. When the choir is singing and instruments are playing and people would break out into a praise, crying, shouting and running until they pass out. Some would speak in tongue. It’s like the terminology is just different. People would get delivered from drugs and alcohol and other things. When the pastor would lay hands on them. It’s life changing. My mom would always say,” don’t get caught in a thought “ my bother got caught in a thought. It caused him to go into depression and have anxiety. Took hime to church and he read the scripture, take every thought captive and make it obedient to Gods word. Just by reading this one verse every day and applying it every times he felt depressed or if anxiety showed up. He was delivered

Well chakra is the sanskrit 'word' for these energy centres and sanskrit is more of a vibration which is to the point when describing something. The problem is not with the word chakra, the problem is with the ideas, thoughts, impressions and conditionings that some people have created around it.

I agree with you. Changing the name from Charkra to energy centers is fine but do not erase the name the Yogi's who brought the knowlegde to the world called these centers . That is exactly how people are wiped out of history and their teaching masked in a false identity . He doesn't wanna call them charkras but he used the word YOGI. The last time i checked Yogi is not a scientific word .

I love that dr Joe devotes time to explain scientific principles in a simple and interesting way, so that we know what we are practicing and why, I had always problem (?) that I am not gonna do anything if I don't know why, and this is so great because I see the reason, see slowly how is is working, want to learn more, and practice and learn also from that. It is knowledge that will never go away and it is long term activity (life activity!) so you have kind of 'life' project where you can control everything.

I’ve been diving down a quantum biology Rabbit hole and all the concepts lineup, especially when Dr Joe mentioned about more light in the cells, and I think this could explain spontaneous remission’s, because light(resonance? Information?) can travel so fast between cells when they’re activated per se I need to keep reading some more articles to better understand the quantum mechanics of it and how it works via the mitochondria etc

He is so right about the chakras and the thing about naming things because i also had fear because then everyhting gets mixed up and i lost a couple of days just trying to think and create a better belief because also if you search about kundalini sometimes is overwhelming what they are saying and also mixing up with christian beliefs it gets really confusing and you might experience panik attacks or just real confusion too !! And some things are really overwhelming because this is like alot of information that shocks your system!!!

read three of your books, followed the Intensive, Progressive and the Rewired courses, but nowhere have I seen a systematic coverage of the energy centres and their relationships, the tissues and organs they cover, what to expect when this or that centre really takes off. I guess you may have researchers on the case of investigating this in-depth right now, and it'd be great to see a book come out that lays it all out. I guess it's a complex subject, and findings can be expected to spread over a period of years, and so a book might not be the best medium for a fast evolving subject? perhaps dedicated an area of the website to that? and entire 'book' on Wikipedia? - with plenty of gorgeous graphics... talking about research: encourage students that have had tremendous, groundbreaking experiences, to describe, in writing, with minutiae, all the phenomena, and those who are so inclined, to actually draw the processes in their bodies - the location, the organs affected, using colour etc. all that is information, and deserves to be harvested.

Good call on the naming of "Chakras" as "Energy Centres". Sadly, "chakras" has become a 'fashionable new age label' of sorts. Key accessible words that I resonated with from your talk: "Soul", "Light", "Blessing", "Grace", "Symbol", "Yogi's", "Release", "Healing", "Vision", "Mystery", "Imagery", "Love", "Play" and "Eyes Open". :D My favourite 'word' nowadays: "Spiritual-Science" - something you seem to be representing well for us. Thank you Sir. Lately, my Spiritual-Science as transformation work, is coming through Anthroposophical Therapies and Arts.

I have been meditation since I was 15 here and there when I have time. In 1997 I did volunteer healing every night . After 3 years I start to see things. The first I was very scary, then curious, some images relate to the people I knew that time ( when I looked at the pictures that person suddenly see a vulture stand on his shoulder few second then gone, nothing there,5 minutes later see that bird a gain then not thing . or see a fox or an alien.. before they came to see me or phone me) .I could not explain, why I see that on this person? Later found out their real personal relate to what I see. It may repeat One or two times in that person. Sometimes relate to my health, I see the cause why it happened like that, then never see again. But suddenly it flashes back, then never see anything else. It seemed I lost that ability What I should do to keep up the journey. Thanks for all your works , very appreciates what you did for humanity .
