Drink lemon🍋 + water mix ture 2 to 3 times a day before meals and eat little little portions of food and only eat when you are hungry, also drink a lot of water everyday, at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water daily, you must also have at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep or more in every 24 hours (that is daily), also don't use sugar, honey and your blood sugar will come back to normal, and you must start immediately before it gets out of hand, I hope this helps.

@drjoetvMD2 жыл бұрын
If you are eating carbs as a prediabetic (my preferred method), then you would want to reduce your fat consumption. Carbs and fats don't go together in diabetes management. Palm oil is full of saturated fat, so you may want to either avoid using it or use very little of it. Obviously if you are eating the High Fat Low Carb way, then I suppose you may well use it

I picked up some unsweetened Greek Yogurt today, and I ate about 3 tbsp with 1/2 c of rolled oatmeal. I was just trying to slow down my blood sugar absorption. However, to my surprise I am just learning the yogurt has 40g cholesterol in 3/4 c. So, would it be best I just eat a nut butter, leafy vegetable or celery, or nuts instead of yogurt for sugar absorption? To add- if it's best I do away from the Greek Yogurt, should I just purchase a separate probiotic supplement? I do still need a form of probiotic for my gut.

Yes, it is good. However how much you use is important because that impacts on what we call glycemic load. Moderate amount is fine. The amounts I mentioned in the videos should serve as a useful guide. It's also important that you work on reversing your insulin resistance so you can eat more and more carbs as you will become more and more tolerant of carbs over time
