Thank you ma'am, you are very good teaching us minute things, for normal person it may be small things, but it's a very big thing for OCD affected people I said good bye to all 6 habits 1. Avoid clutter or huge collection of unwanted or unused things - --satisfaction and easy accessible of important things at important time 2.avoid perfectionism - OCD fight or finish karne ke liye 3.avoid multitasking - to avoid head ache comes 4.avoid more commitments - Learn to say NO for things or person 5.self care - Eat less and do work out 6.Avoid more usage of cell phones , especially during night times , 10 pm go to bed and take rest and sleep upto 6 or 7 am, feel Good. Maintain balance in brain chemicals to avoid OCD Obsessive compulsive Disorder in Future. Keep mind healthy then automatically you can do all physical work outs and mental works easily .

This is so important, since I am working in corporate I relate to this, multitasking become so dangerous for me that I had to meet psychiatrist, because the added problem is night shift, but now I am doing fine because of medical care and sleeping 💊pills

Mam , I always live a confused life , Mein apne life ke koi bhi decisions khud se nahi le pati , Meine agar kuch sochu bhi to vo decision ko lene mein itna perfectly sochne lag jati hu ki sochne mein hi time nikal jata hai Apne life ki decisions lene ke liye bhi dusre pe family pe depend rehti hu , I am just 20 yrs old .
