100 %agree Personally i would add exercise daily like walk for an hour ,watch comedy gapen lagyen doston k sth nemz prhn and positivw thinking videos and books prhen and last sadqa b zror den daily 5 10 rupee it wll make a hugr differnce

Dr Sahab I really appreciate your effort of educating people regarding the neuro and psycho problems. I want to ask one thing. When I am free, it is impossible for me to kill time. I can't take interest in anything. When I begin to do something as pastime activity, I have severe headache.... Thus I feel miserable....
