Hello dr sahib apki bate bhut acchi h m har tarike ko apna chuki hu m pichle kai sal se har din nhi so pati hu m one week me 3se 4 din mushkil se hi so pati hu mere sir me sare din heaviness rahti h ear k pas jakdan h but m sound sleep nhi le pati hu apne jo batya h m vo tarika bhi apna ungi Muje bhi nind aajaye ☺️
