जब नफरत झूठ आम हो जाए। इंसाफ खत्म हो। लोग पैसो को अपना खुदा बना ले तो नींद कैसे आयेगी। लोगों को Insomnia हो जाऐगा। अंगेजों ये सब करके देख लिया जो तुम बोल रहे हो। जब तक ईश्वर से आत्मिक रूप से नहीं जुड़ोगे तब तक। दुनिया से ज्यादा प्यार करोगे तो ऐसा ही होगा।

Achchi neend ke liye daal khana chor do bed time per chilled milk ek glaas lo agar sugar na ho to white chhena 2 piece raat ko lo kisi dawa kisi doctor ki zarorat nahi hogi pahle din araam hoga is se achhi dawa nahi hai
