i have Multiple sclerosis which thank GOD i do fine with, but one day out of NO WHERE, i mean it, out of NO WHERE, i woke up left hand swollen HORRIBLE and within a day or 2 it went to other hand and them took turns attacking my feet so bad i couldnt walk, so doc diagnosed Rheumatoid arthritis, but i am still so determined to figure out what it brought this inflammation on with a vengeance with no warning, the only thing i can think of is i had been bitten by abotu 26 ticks thru the summer and took the antibiotic, but tested twice for lyme, and the day i woke up when my hand was swollen like it had been bee stung, there was 2 tiny spots and my hand itched so badly it drove me nuts so i thought maybe a spider bite, i dontknow, but something brought this on and i cant give up to get the anwere, then attack what caused this, and of course the treatment for the RA is a chemo pill, and steroids, you have any ideas of what labs should be done,

So i live a fasted lifestyle for about 3 years to date.... I don't eat breakfast (from i was a child i never liked BF, so as an adult i would randomly eat it but stopped completely) so i start my day with 10-16 oz of water 30 mins later a cup of herbal tea. Then off to work. whenever i decided to eat in the afternoon or evenings i usually start with a smoothie packed with fruits, mix green, multi-Collagen, coconut flakes, flax, hemp & sunflower seeds with almond coconut milk or Soy milk & some water. I would keep the water intake going till dinner time. I stay very active as well. Don't try to put your body in stress mode....make gradual changes. Replace the bad fats with.... coconut, walnut, olive & avocado oils. Sweetners....Raw honey, agave, date sugar, xylitol.... moderation is key (stay away from splenda, sweet & low, sucrose, corn syrup, white bleached Sugar....). God's abundant Blessings, Peace & Grace to you all.🙏💖💖

I'm glad you're feeling well. I know some things about health and supplements etc. but I'm not that well qualified to give professional advice especially in a subject so important as this but from my general knowledge I've gotten over the years, especially if you're a senior citizen, this lifestyle may be good for you which I hope it is but in my attempt to be helpful, since it sounds so unusual I would go to a doctor and tell him/her about it just to get some confirmation on it. If I may also add, I am an advocate of having lab/blood work done because that can reveal things that other things can't. Just to be helpful. Thank you.

Do you have a recipe you could share for the smoothie
@conquerormajgo44192 ай бұрын
@@tarabussey5145I don't record recipes nor do i use a book. I live outside the box ( my Philosophy is....there are more grey areas than black & white) That said...I Just go for it... whether it's cooking, baking or smoothies...I make all kinds of changes & replace the bad with good wholesome Nutritious ingredients. So first select your plant milk (I use "Blue Diamond coconut almond milk", organic soy or Cho bani oat milk") I combined 2 different milks, toss in bananas...for me they are a must, organic mix greens in the big plastic containers (ShopRite's organic wholesome pantry) I add sunflower seeds, hemp seeds & flaxseeds if I feel like coconut flakes or chia seeds I add those. It Varies daily...I might want mixed berries, the frozen wild blueberries Wyman's brand, also mixed berries by good and gathered Target's organic brand, I might add mangoes, kiwis, pears, apples, ginger, pineapple, chia seeds, dark chocolate powder, carob, chlorella, peanut butter ....I always add a multi Collagen...."Revive naturals or Zammex" from Amazon. So it's not all at once that I put the above ingredients into my smoothies, I make different ones. Milk based smoothies-seeds, nuts, berries, chocolate, peanut butter, yogurt, greens. Fruity Smoothies-Greens Berries, kiwis, Chlorella, pear, apples, ginger, pineapples, mangoes, water & a little fruit juice & of course collagen. If you're diabetic watch the amount of fruits used. The collagen provides adequate protein + the fibers will help to alleviate blood sugar spikes. All the best on your health Journey. God bless you Always, in all ways. 🙏💖

I personally do not like the taste of Coconut oil and my daughter is allergic to it anyway. So it doesn't come in our house. We basically just use avocado oil for all our cooking and have for many years and I am glad that we have picked one of the right ones.

Which yogurts would you recommend on eating from grocerie stores? I've switched to Greek yogurt not sure if it's better.
@conquerormajgo44192 ай бұрын
@@RosaAnderson-gh3kgHi 👋☺️ When it comes to Greek yogurt it's a matter of preference for the most part...it does contain more protein, it's richer & more dense. I can't tolerate all that the extra protein I appreciate. If you rather Greek, stick with it. (I prefer organic valley or Stonyfield unsweetened yogurts) l do recommend the unsweetened Greek, then u can add your own flavors & sweeteners (Raw honey, maple syrup, fruit spreads, dried or fresh fruits, seeds + nuts) ENJOY!! 🥰

Can a diabetic do this type of fasting?
@DrLivingood Жыл бұрын
We would recommend trying rotational fasting. Autophagy is our body’s natural recycling system which cleans out dead cells and body fat. This is what makes rotational fasting more efficient than intermittent-we are able to enter autophagy sooner. Check out this video that covers the benefits of rotational fasting and explains how to implement it into your routine: kzbin.info/www/bejne/noTKiGSjm5p2d6s.
