I love your common sense approach to health. I have your book and have given one to several people I care about. I have a question for you about a persistent problem I have. I have had a bacterial vaginal infection (no odor) and my gyno dr has prescribed several different medications for me and nothing seems to eradicate it…..it keeps coming back😕 Is there something I can do to get rid of it for good? I am married and he is my only partner. Thank you…..any advise would be greatly appreciated. Marsha (65 yrs old)

I just learned that I was drinking way too much water and I slowed down to drinking only when I’m thirsty for it. I’m drinking half the water I was drinking and I’m losing weight now and feeling amazing. We need to research a lot of the things we just assumed they(people we looked up to) know what’s right. Like eyesight. We’ve been taught that your sight will always get worse. Wrong. Just look it up yourself. My eyesight is improving. And teeth. Why do we get cavities drilled out and replaced with unnatural material. Treat the cavity and your tooth will come back to life. We have been lied to. Wake up in Jesus name. And I’m not even going to start with the good that we consume. Stay away from fast food and processed and you will be avoiding 50%, oh and soft drinks. Do y’all know why y’all are paying so much money for some cans or bottles of poison and feeding it to your children. Not judging. I was doing it too at one time but I’m not blind anymore. So to everyone that reads this I 🙏 that you would have eyes to see.

How long do you fast for?
@deidregreen69265 күн бұрын
@ I fast all the time. It’s never the same. I let the Lord tell me daily. Sometimes it’s 3 days and sometimes it’s 12 hours. I used to dread it until I started realizing how close it brings me to God. Do it with the right attitude, humbly asking God to show you something from his perspective instead of yours and He will use that fast to change your life for the better. I’ve lost everything in the last 3 years following Christ and dying to the flesh and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. The joy of the Lord is my strength! I pray that you come to know God as much and more than I do at this moment and that you would know your purpose and destiny and fulfill 100% of it in Jesus mighty name!

Drinking 16 glasses of water a day would have me standing at the "john" at least 20 times a day. I prefer the advice of 5,000 year old Ayurvedic Science that advocates paying close attention to your own body's thirst mechanism. It will guide you towards the right amount of fluids you need on any particular day. (For example, on a hot dry day, your body will naturally require more water intake. Yet on a wet, cool day, likely your body will want less drinking water intake.) The problem is, in our super active busy lives, we are getting subtle bodily thirst signals, but we waive those indicators aside.
@PeaceNation349 ай бұрын
In some ways I agree with this wisdom but I've heard that our bodies have forgotten what thirst really is and we confuse it for hunger. Also caffeine can disrupt that thirst signal as well. I for one have definitely been dehydrated to the point of low blood pressure and am not at all thirsty so I have to drink more water than I "feel" like drinking.
@walterscott22869 ай бұрын
@@PeaceNation34 Are you getting enough good quality Sea or Himalayan salt daily? It's a fallacy that salt is bad for us. Sodium is vital for proper water retention in bodily cells.

Question What is your opinion on the several recent studies showing an increase of afib in fish oil users? Is it people taking high amounts or the addition of other factors? I am 66 and in excellent condition.
@DrLivingoodАй бұрын
This is EXACTLY why Dr. Livingood always talks about high quality fish oil and for that matter high quality fish! Oxidated and low quality fish oil and fish goes rancid just like all the fish and seed oils if not protected. The study did a poor job of clarifying that and was not performed well to understand quality. It’s why ours is a concentrated form that has a 5 year oxidation score to ensure it is safe, effective, and protected! Consuming any cheap oxidative oil is bad for the heart. But good quality oil has 800+ studies of benefit to the body. Check out this video by Dr. Livingood about the benefits of fish oil: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qpfCfKiZpreneLs -LGD Team

Maybe if it’s consumed in excess, but a capful before a meal isn’t going to be harmful.😊 We recommend coming off of it every now and then once your goals for taking it are met. -LGD Team
