Thank you for this. I tested early today (day 25 of my cycle) and did the cervix check and both indicated I was not pregnant and I have cried so many times today. I had been feeling symptoms that I thought indicated pregnancy and have been so hopeful and now I just feel so crazy. Been trying for two years. This was so encouraging and something to remind myself of in the future regardless of the outcome.🙏🏻

It is day 8 after frozen embryo transfer and it has been one of the toughest periods I have ever experienced. It feels like I’ve been waiting for years. I am currently in the TTW and I decided to not step back my home cardio routine. With my son pregnancy I was so worry to make any movement other than walking, and that made me gain a lot of weight , and also mined my self confidence. Now that I am TTC again I don’t want to let the joy of exercising, while I don’t even know if I am pregnant. no treatments here natural conceiving. But 7/2 we conceived i believe lol tomorrow 7/23 i’ll be 4 days late with my period. i feel no symptoms of my period coming no cramps at all . in the last week and a half i’ve noticed my breast feel heavier . not heavy heavy but enough to feel the difference. im going to bed sooner too . i’ll go in monday 7/24 have my doctor do a blood test because i took two home test today and it was a negative but i’m not going to let it get me down . I’m feeling pregnant i’ve had one child almost 9 yrs ago but i’d like to hear a positive. I’ll come back with an update !

Thank your for that calm and helpful video. The two week wait is hard every month when people come at you from all over the place to announce that this and that person you knew now has a child. You made me realised that I have started behaving totally different , in order to put my best forward to conceive😁 despite having a successful natural & vaginal delivery 10 years back . Cost, multiple visits to clinic, physical exertion and effect of all those hormonal medicine made me behaving like, this is my first & last chance to have a kid ever in life😁… I am now laughing on myself….Thanks for taking me out of this trap. Thanks for the video. . I am currently on the TWW. it has always been a torturesome journey. I remember on one occasion when I thought i had suceeded because of the absence of my period for 34 days only for them to come on the 35 th day. This had never happened before. The pain and shock 😲 that greeted me is indescribable. I don't want to rush into conclusions this time round but will add 20 more days on top of the 35. I am a bit advanced in age but I eat healthy and exercise. I keep my spirits high through positive affirmations. I am a prayerful woman and I believe the God of Sarah and will do it for me.

Without diminishing what the ladies have to contend with it is important to note that as a male I too am experiencing the mental rollercoaster ride the goes with the weeks leading up to and after the transfer. I have relocated to a tropical island paradise and focusing on an intense and immersive personal wellbeing program, connecting with nature, paying attention to my nutritional habits, taking part in local spiritual ceremonies even though I am atheist, and maintaining a positive outlook. We do not have any fertility issues beyond the generationally typical lower counts so I am being comforted by those 80% chances of success rates in. the medical literature. My team is phenomenal all around and I am looking forward to a magical outcome. Thanks to all the people like Dr Shahine and other professionals for making all this possible

I'm having IVF (Icsi) in the UK ( 2nd FET yesterday) and its an interesting on the exercise. Over here I've been told to reduce my activity and stick to walking and swimming and keep my heart rate low whilst exercising to prevent a stress hormone from being released. I personally believe in listen to your body if your tired rest etc don't push it. Every time I've said that I'm active person who runs across fields, goes the the gym etc I feel like it's met with shock by the health professionals, I don't plan on running but I personally don't see what's wrong with going the gym and doing gentle exercise that's not hard impact.

I've been through almost 150 two week waits. (12.5 years of trying) It is still hard not to get my hopes up. I got pregnant completely by surprise last year, but it ended up being a chemical. I was hoping maybe it was a sign that something had changed and I would get pregnant again, but it has now been a year and nothing has happened. I'm trying to let go and accept that it most likely will never happen, but gosh getting oregnant makes that so much harder. It gave me hope for the first time in many years. Hope is a dangerous thing in my situation. It leads to so much more heartbreak. Thanks for sharing these tips. The two week wait is such a hard time.

@@gunselideniz Aww thank you for your sweet comment. I'll never stop "trying" or more accurately I'll never do anything to prevent getting pregnant. But it's too hard and painful to hope every month that maybe it will happen this time. So I understand that there is always a possibility that it could happen one day, but I also know that it may not. It's easier for me personally to work on accepting that it probably won't and not to live on that rollercoaster of hope/despair. This way if it does happen I can be surprised, but if it doesn't I won't be devastated. So keeping my expectations/hopes realistic while also always keeping the possibility open. I hope that makes sense. Before the early miscarriage I had reached a place of peace with it all. I'm just trying to find that place again.

Currently in my two week waiting period, after my first IUI and this video was just what I needed to watch today. I have twinges which I keep wondering are gas / pain, the progesterone is causing all sorts of weird symptoms like indigestion 😢 and the urge to take a home test is very strong!!

I would love to see a video on hcg testing after FET and what to expect. I had a positive hcg test and after 48 hrs it did not rise as much as it should. Getting my 3rd hcg test tomorrow. Praying it doubled and we still have a chance. 🙏🏻

Today, was our first ever embryo transfer! I was excited and nervous at the same time. I am documenting our IVF journey in video form but I wanted to wait before I start to share it and put it out there. Because I don’t know what the outcome would be.
