Should the vitamin D in 16:10 be 600IU not 600mg? I think 600mg would be overdose and potentially dangerous if you take that dose over longer period of time. I've redd that 200micrograms of vitamin D is the upper limit/day

I was completely terrified beforehand after reading comments. Advice: have paracetamol and/or ibuprofen one hour before and try to relax as much as you can, you'll be completely fine.

I can soak an Ultra tampon and soak the back up pad edge to edge. Changing every hour. Changing at night more than one time. And it looks like chopped beef in the pad. Yuuuup Had to switch to adult diapers just to stop ruining my sheets/mattress. Tried the cup...it pressed up against my cervix and hurt like a bitch while in a seated position. I also filled that sucker in 4 hours...and I did not want to use the larger version of the cup,. Most period panties don't come in my size... I finally found a company that makes sizes of to 6x...but they run small. 6X is more like a 3X in my opinion.

Yes thank you it’s very difficult there are so may skincare and make up and shampoo that have a lot of toxic chemicals and some are VERY toxic and people don’t know how dangerous some of those things are. My husband and I have gotten rid of so many products all kinds of shampoos and lotions and make up for me, so we could hopefully one day soon get pregnant 🥹🙏🏼❤️ it’s really daunting but the thing that helps the most is changing your frame of mind like, “we get to do these things to have a baby soon and take care of our bodies better. To help them function better” it helps a lot when you have to tell yourself no all the time to luxurious lotion or body wash that has really toxic chemicals in them 😪🥲

Thank you for this very informative video. I do have a pressing question- I am waiting for test results of the fetal tissue I miscarried. Had a d and c. Now I’m 40 and am overweight considered obese on bmi. This is my second miscarriage, first was a chemical This one was a missed miscarriage/ I was six weeks when it stopped growing heart beat was low detected but not viable. After waiting for my first period should I keep trying again OR use wegovy lose weight for a few months then try again ? Seeing that technically I would be more fertile now/ the sooner I try again. If the test comes out normal no abnormalities or with abnormalities what should I do in either case ? Also too I’m getting older Any insights would be extremely helpful.
