There is a trace knee effusion present. There is a horizontal, oblique inferior surfacing tear in the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus There is a horizontal oblique superior surfacing tear in the posterior horn o f the medial meniscus with 2 adjacent parameniscal cysts measuri ing 4 mm and 2 mm in size.
