I had a gastric sleeve 16 months ago. I've learnt so much from your content. Thank you so much. I'm now using your approach to lifestyle to stay healthy: lots of veg & fruit, protein sources and daily walking. I've combined this with using understanding my blood glucose (Glucose Goddess and Zoe) to reduce my cravings for ultra processed foods. I lift weights 4 times a week and daily walk 10-12k steps. Keep up the great work, guys.

Your content is great, but the audio needs work. It sounds like those microphones are just for show and you guys are speaking into the microphone on a laptop or something.
