Thank you so much for sharing these natural remedies. I started having digestive problems since 2020 and finally I ended up at ER in February 2021. They tought for sure it was my gallbladder and after the ultrasound, sure enough, they told me I had a stone (plus a fatty liver). I followed up with two different Surgeons and both were ready to remove my gallbladder because according to their words "you don't need your gallbladder anyway". I said no thank you and decided to see a GI. My symptoms were not the same symptoms for a gallbladder attack. I am glad I did, my GI told me I had IBS. It has been a journey but I started watching Dr. Berg as well as Dr. Ekbert. I have learned so much, the importance of eating healthier and to always read the labels! It's scary how garbage they put in our foods! Vegetables olis are bad for you! Anyhow, I decided to see a holistic doctor because I wanted to know the root of my problems, not just patch the symptoms. One of the supplements she recommended was Choline and Enzymes. It has been a journey and it's not over but my flare ups have improved about 90%. I haven't tried the milk thistle yet, I guess it depends on how my tests go.

So,glad you opted for a second opinion and went the natural way. No body part is optional. They all have specific functions and when removed leave deficits as they alter the way things are supposed to work. Gall bladder, tonsils, spleen, appendix, wisdom teeth, etc. are best left alone. Find the cause of the problem and remove that.

Good, thanks, though nobody talks about stuck old negative emotions, and C_PTSD. How to release those and help the energy to flow? 1.Chew many times , 2. Take in Choline, in food or supps, 3. fermented vegetables and Miso, 4. Incorporate bitters into our diet, stimulates enzymes. Dandelion root, -leaf, Grape-seeds .....

He said: *"Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution the time will come when medicine will organize itself into an undercover dictatorship. To restrict the art of healing to doctors and deny equal privileges to others will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are un-American and despotic.".* Now, after the year 2000, we are very much facing this reality, as we live in an era where our medical freedom is increasingly under attack, and "healing" has been replaced with "treating" ‘diseases’ with toxic chemicals and surgery. This drug-driven medical paradigm not only depends on the sacrifice and, some might say, torture, of animals in medical research, but also in many ways uses humans as sacrificial lambs. First of all I say, there is no such thing as a pathogen when it comes to bacteria. Pathogen means disease causing. Bacteria never cause disease. Chemicals cause disease. The pharmaceutical industry, the chemical industry and the military industrial complex don’t want you to know that everything they produce causes cancer and disease. They call all the natural things pathogenic so you’re completely confused and stupid. Bacteria that clean up, they are janitors; they are just janitors. They eat decaying, dead and toxic tissue. Depending on how toxic the tissue is, the bacteria may not be able to eat it because it would kill them. In that case, your body creates virus which are not alive, they are just solvents that will dissolve that matter that is contaminated..

I'm 32, asymptomatic but after getting an abdominal ultrasound (for non-gallbladder related) was told I have small stones and sludge. I weigh 120 pounds (2nd child 8 months ago) , have eaten slowly my whole life (always the last at the table), have been making my own sauerkraut and kimchi for years, literally the only beef we buy is grass fed organic, eat plenty of healthy fats, don't eat out much, don't buy things with seed oils as much as possible, and prioritize a whole foods diet. Why, oh why would I have gallstones? Not really looking for an answer in the comment section, just letting people out there know that you could be doing the 'right' things and still have them. It's crazy because the gastro Dr said you are asymptomatic but since you have any stones or sludge at all you should remove it. Omfg. He literally told me that if I choose the wrong surgeon there would be 'complications' AKA there would be more complications getting it REMOVED than if I keep it being asymptomatic what a crock o crap.

Great video! My daughter is 25 and has pancreatitis and fatty liver. Has type 2 diabetes and poly cystic ovaries. Metabolic syndrome. She had a very sore stomach and couldn't stand the pain so went to emergency. They said she had pancreatitis and a stone. I'm thinking she has a blocked bile duct which is causing massive stomach aches after she eats food. She just sent us a picture of her brushing her hair and she had a handful of hair in her palm. She is also loosing her hair. We are very worried as doctors said she may need to take out her gall bladder. But i'm worried that will bring on more issues down the road. What do you think the best thing is to do and should she be taking bile salts to perhaps unblock her duct. Also, she is so worried to what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you for any information you may send my way.

I have been having pain on my right side for about 14 years. I just learned about the problem a couple of years ago. My pain would always begin after eating or overeating. It was excruciating. I would take Magnesium, vitamin D3, and potassium. It helped some. When I started a Ketogenic diet, along with Fasting, it helped tremendously. I started listening to a fantastic Chiropractor from Virginia. I believe he really knows his stuff. He told me about bile salts, choline, milk Thistle - and one that I especially love is Tudca. Have her to use this, too. It helps me a lot. I will not get my Gallbladder taken out. It plays a big role in our digestive process. Have her to take a good prebiotic/probiotic supplement. That will help her gut health. The Doctor I've been listening to is Dr. Eric Berg. You can find him on KZbin, Instagram, and Facebook. I hope this helps you. I'll be praying for her to get well, soon.
@kathym6603
@kathym6603 2 жыл бұрын
You don't say what her diet is like. She needs to take her life into her own hands. You can't do it for her. She would do well to consult a naturopathic doctor. If she can't do that she should start with a low carb diet . . . but even that takes some self determinism and dedication to learning what that means and then following it. The first thing she can do is intermittent fasting.... meaning stop eating between meals. NO snacking! All of this takes study.... even the bile salts because you don't want to take them if you have low stomach acid. HOWEVER if you want bile salts there IS a formula that you can't go wrong with as it contains both the bile salts AND the betaine hydrochloride to give you the necessary acid. It is called DR. BERG GALLBLADDER FORMULA EXTRA STRENGTH. I hope this all works out for both of you. Also, every little thing can help.... from sunshine to walking to good sleep. Her shopping list should include lots of eggs (yes, they were wrong about eggs) meat, cheese, vegetables, no potatoes, no rice, no bread (sorry, it's true), no cereal, no grains, no beans (sorry, it's true), and no fruit. HER BEST BET WOULD BE TO MEASURE HER BLOOD SUGAR AN HOUR AFTER MEALS SO SHE CAN LEARN WHAT SPIKES IT AND WHAT DOESN'T.
@IonidisIX
@IonidisIX Жыл бұрын
KETO, intermittent fasting (1-2 meals a day within an 8h feeding window), water fasting 1-2 days a week. With these she will slowly reverse every single problem you mentioned she has. I hope my message is not too late for her gallbladder. She doesn't need to remove it. Just use extra bile salts, TUDCA. Also Baldwins Lysimachia (jin Qian Cao / Gold Coin Grass) is absolutely potent in breaking those stones down however, this might get things worse as the stones will dissolve, become sharper and dislodge. This might make things a bit worse in the beginning. Bile Salts and TUDCA though should help in keeping the bile flowing so all this is a matter of trial and error on how she feels with the recommended dosages etc.

@@saidsebri9077 Hello. Lots of symptoms. But related to the gut I had symptoms similar to IBS in my second infection. My IBS symptoms have mostly cleared up after 10 days of a stomach protector and two pro-biotics. This all with me being very careful with the diet. Now, I am left with the lack of appetite which I have had since my first infection and a lack of energy. My theory is that the bile salts will help repair the damage to the intestines and help the body absorb nutrients from the food. So far, no adverse effects, but I think that it will take 3 weeks to really know if it has an effect or not.

Cow diary is full of hormones and antibiotics. It also contains the protein "casein" which is difficult for humans digest. Lacto free products are covering up these facts. Be good to yourself - give up diary for 3 months. You will never go back.
