Castor oil packs should definitely be used. Most would want to avoid heating pad, but we’re on a mission. Saturate wool flannel,usually sold right next to the castor oil. Or use a white tshirt cut to size. Cover the abdomen area. Twenty minutes, with the pack and heating pad. Do it persistently over a few days. It’ll clear things….like oil clears a rusty hinge. The purpose of the pack, it forms a seal against the area. Not windshield wiper, use a heated pack for best results. Flannel can be used a few times, put it in a jar in the refrigerator. I’ve had success with tudca. It’s pricey. I’m big on avoiding big box sales companies. Use tried and true, avoid third party sellers. Blessed internet, we can do cost comparisons. No looking for a place to park. Don’t look for cheapest, look for quality. Doing tudca on an empty stomach was awkward, first thing black coffee and all. But then. I had the bottle and a big glass of water. Took it a hour before rising. Not just a sip of water, you want the caps to go down. An hour passed and I could do coffee. We have to know about these things. Have a bsseline with a doc, but X-rays and pills come back in ten days…. Listen to your body. Amazing machine…

@@nancymacavoy3427 Don’t press on anything. Doctors don’t palpitate for fear of damaging pancreas. The angry organ. We have to start thinking about these things. My daughter was here a few weeks. She uses every protein powder under the sun. Where does it all go? It’s fillers on some level. About a month ago, she needed appendix out. Related or not…our bodies are attacked from all sides. New problem is shower drains. Everybody uses body washes, all that stuff is building up in the pipes, Family of five, one or two showers a day. Yes, the gall bladder can heal itself. I went to a surgeon to have removal, and he said no. I worship the ground he walks on. Most doctors would have just done the surgery. Bless him forever. For a gallstone attack….eat a stall of celery with the leaves as well. Attack ceases within ten minutes. Once the stones have formed, that’s the problem….keyword stones. I had serendipity luck when I took a random supplement. Only thing it had that I had not taken before…I had taken Vitamins C and E and lecithin. This supplement had parsley oil. The big stone was history…got pushed out somehow, it was gone. Parsley oil is not easily found, they have dry caps. Can easily be made. Use good olive oil, masticate parsley leaves and stems, like a bartender does to make a mint julep. Smush leaves with a spoon or bottom edge of a heavy glass. Store in the refrigerator. Use with an eyedropper a couple of times a day, persistently. If can chug a quarter cup on an empty stomach, good. Can’t say I’ve read in Vermont lore or Appalachian remedies…they probably didn’t have parsley. Dunno.

Nausea for one thing. The thing about fatty liver, it sneaks up on you. Can have it a long time before you get all the warnings understood. Feeling bloated, not surface but deep itching, slight to bad queasiness. Try things, but be persistent. When you try things, a new supplement or diet change, give it a few days to work. Beyond that, try something else if no results. Keep a food diary. Take a quick photo of your meal…..keep in your draft emails. You'll be able to have records if you later go to a nutritionist or physician.

I wanted to try the beet long before I did, it was too pricey at that moment. But persistence pays…I found it reasonably priced. I totally avoid big box stores and auction pages. We have excellent alternatives in a dozen specialty catalogs. Years back, I got the message, third party sellers could spell trouble. The speciality houses have better batch controls, they use brown glass when necessary. Lots of things like that. There's better ways to save a buck. Quality is worth its price. With the beet caps, they're red. Is that the vegetable freeze dried or the tops? Maybe save the cost by growing at home, or shredding a bag of beets to use as a topping to anything, salads, mashed potato, soup. We're using expensive when we could be using the produce section.

Thoughts on food grade malic acid to thin bile?
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Hi Alexis, I don't think it will actually thin bile as far as I know, but malic acid does have the ability to melt gallstones. So if a person's bile is really thick for a long time, the odds of gallstones go way up and using some malic acid may have some benefits in that regard. I've just never dosed food grade malic acid on it's own so I have no idea what other things that might affect.

So I've been doing BF 9/day plus BFF every 5 days or so followed by coffee supp. About 1.5 months. Never had nausea, the only problem with fats was diarrhea--but that was with everything. Using soluble fiber supp. to solidify stools so I can live normally, but color is still too light. Bilirubin slightly elevated in urine--so I must have adequate bile if it's spilling into the urine. Very itchy on body, outbreaks of "shingles," non-itch rashes, keratosis, so toxins tied up in body. Eating perhaps 6 poached/soft boiled eggs/day, so plenty of choline, but now will add choline after BFF (breath rate is 18). None of the other issues you mentioned, no hormones, no stress, no sugar/grains/starch/processed junk, no invaders--stress from the toxins i suppose, but if that's the problem, then it's a catch-22. BP ranges from 125/60 to 145/75. Took your digestion course and was following the catabolic imbalance food and supplement suggestions. Had lost 50 lbs before starting this regimen, much of it through fasting, so that might have contributed. Been going on decades so I'll guess I'll just keep at it, unless there's some other supp. you haven't mentioned.

Question, I've had problems with poor bile flow for maybe 10yrs. or more. I've been tested twice in that time and they found I had a fatty liver and gave me no solutions for it. Also suffered a lot of Hypoglycemia during that time. I was told to eat more snacks , etc. I stay in good shape with exercise and lifted weights but my bile flow did not improve. I went on a Keto Diet recently which helped stop the Hypoglycemia. I eat more healthy fat, protean and Vegetables on this diet. I got the Beet Flow supplement and things got better. I went through one bottle and a half already maybe in one month. I never did any of the coffee enema's though. The bile's flowing better but now I have High Cholesterol, 270 mg/dl..... Triglycerides 96 mg/dl.........HDL Direct 48mg/dl......LDL is very high 203 mg/dl. Do you have any help for me with this outcome. I view it more like when you can't properly emulsify fats correctly, and then you increase the amount of fat you're consuming, that increases a burden on the body and the body has to try and figure out what to do with it. So yeah, improving bile flow seems like a good idea to me too.

Will the body get dependent on coffee suppositories? Let’s say it will help dilate the pathways, what happens when they go back to normal? Will the beet flow and the suppository help thin bile enough that it will finally flow in the normal sized pathway? Hope that make sense lol
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
The suppository is not supplying the body with anything it is using in that moment, so to speak, so no. the body does not become "dependent" on it. You're just trying to do anything you can to get bile flowing. And the improved flow can help keep things going. Most people only use the suppositories initially to get things going, and occasionally after that if they have a stressful time or bile starts to slow down again.

Yeah, too many enemas can actually drain minerals from the body, and they are a lot of work. They're good, but most people opt for the suppositories since they're a lot easier.

Hi I really need your help. I always feel nausea after eating something .even worse when a little greasy food. I've been doing low fat vegan diet It has been a month since I got this symptoms :( I did blood test and urine test. it was normal If I follow some (coffeea anema,beet flow,choline,no grain,no processed foood) tips you suggested, will I feel much better ?? any more tips or food to get bile flow?

Hi Hyung Lee. I have no way of knowing if that will help you or not because there is more than one cause for nausea. Poor bile flow seems to be the most common cause, but not the only one. I would go through our free digestion course so you can look at all your chemistry and figure out if you can even take choline. And if you get stuck, there is info in that free course about how to work with me one-on-one, or one of the coaches I've trained, if you get to where you feel like you can't figure it out on your own. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Let us know how it goes.

I didn't really have any noticeable results from the beet flow flush. I followed the directions in the beet flow flush video exactly. I saw someone else comment that there might have been a recent change in the formulation of beet flow(the capsules are now red when they used to be green) and my capsules that I received were in fact red. I'm worried that there is now more beet root and less of the concentrated beet greens juice. Could it be possible that this is the reason I didn't notice any results for doing the beet flow flush?
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally 4 ай бұрын
We are not the manufacturers, but when they use natural ingredients, the color of supplements will change. the formula is still just as effective and does not have more beet root and less beet greens. What is common though, is for someone to need to do a lot more than just a beet flow flush to fix their bile flow issues, as discussed in the video you're watching here. The most effective steps seems to be doing a beet flow flush on one day and then a coffee enema or suppository the next day, and then doing that combo about once a week until bile flow improves. That is what we hear from most people who have success correcting stubborn bile flow issues.
@kaitlananderson4302

@@KickItNaturally but if the beets are red and the greens are green and the product is now red then wouldn't that mean that there are more beets and less greens in the product? I'm only concerned because I know TC has stated many times that it's the concentrated greens juice that makes this product work. Also, thanks so much for all of the content I'm currently in the process of adding in more of the things mentioned in this video.

Besides taurine and glutamine, is it betaine in beet greens that cause the gall bladder flush?
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally 10 ай бұрын
We find that just consuming beet greens does not really have this effect. It's the concentrated beet greens juice in the Beet Flow product we use that really thins the bile so it can flow naturally. So not really "flushing" anything. Just thinning it out so it can flow like it normally would.

Thank you for your help , I take tudca first thing in morning and at night before bed, ox bile with meals, so if I understood you correctly, ox bile with meals is not good because the gallbladder receives a signal that no bile is needed and therefore the gallbladder won’t contract?
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Not exactly. It's more about how taking ox bile with your meal neutralizes stomach acid before the adid has a chance to acidify the food properly. This video explains it better: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j363lWd8jcljpMk But again, the goal should be to get your natural bile flow working correctly so you no longer need ox bile and TUDCA.

@@KickItNaturally oh ok 👌🏻 thanks! So can you get off of the beet flow soon after or is this like pretty long term? have read on a forum people saying that taking too much ox bile can also cause gallstones but I can’t make sense of it !
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
How long a person needs Beet Flow to keep bile flowing can depend on what they're eating, how much processed food or grains, as well as imbalances they are dealing with and how high their stress hormones go. Remember that Beet Flow is not ox bile. It helps the body work in it's natural capacity by helping keep bile thin so it can flow like it's supposed to. As long as bile is flowing, it is much harder to form gallstones if there are not already some present.
@johndiaz2853
@johndiaz2853 Жыл бұрын
@@KickItNaturally so will this clear out present stones and sludge? I thought this would push out junk similar to gallbladder flush but of coarse not so much at one time! The only grains I take now are just a very small scoop of whit rice 🍚 with my chicken and veggies! Like 3-4 tablespoons of it!
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Some people might be able to take more aggressive steps to melt down stones if there are any, but those steps would depend on their chemistry, but getting bile to move is always the first step. If there is not movement and flow there, nothing is going to happen.
