Perfect timing for this class after the business of the holidays and easing back into my neglected routine of yoga! I learn so much about myself, my perceptions of the world and others through your teachings! You truly have an amazing gift and I am thankful you share it with all of us!

Melissa, once again, this class was so perfect for me today (Dec 28), after a week of too much activity, and not enough yoga, this really calmed my Vata body down! Thanks so much , and I am glad you are now back in your house, and warm....love to you and your family!

Melissa, thank you so much. I really enjoy your classes. I too have a vata constitution and I found I had to go much slower with the breathing than you did, otherwise I felt very agitated and ungrounded. So I did about half the amount of movement you did. One of the things I like best about your classes is your long holds and easing into posture. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for these videos. I just turned 50 this year and have been trying hard to find a yoga series that would both challenge me (the ones I've found are more for over 60) and not insult me with these 20 somethings with bellybuttons on parade. Like you said, real yoga for real people.
