Today everything pointed to me not having fear, to me stepping out and trusting that God will take care of me. Tonight I did this episode, what a great way to end the night or start it rather. Stress free, free falling into what is. I especially liked the last posture - legs up the wall. Coming off my mat with the thought that at the end of the day after my legs have taken care of me it too needs to be taken care of. Thank you Melissa!

Once again, just what the Dr ordered! I had become very tight all over, due to summer travels by car, intense summer heat and activity...I did this class yesterday, and again today, and it was exactly what I needed! Thanks a bunch Melissa! Cheers!

I have was stress before I started this class. I can I say this one helping me so much. It felt that the stress was melting away with ever pose. I was able to get up from my mat and enjoy my rest of the day without any stress bother me. Thank you

thank you very much for this class. I've started doing yoga some weeks ago, with your videos, and has been a really satisfaying experience, relaxing, restoring, renewing, etc. besides I like the way you start each class, with an introduction and then when you explain every pose quietly, it makes me feel comfortable and secure. greetings from Chile. =)

This morning when I come to my mat my mind was busy 😀But already after ten minutes of this class I felt calm. Thank you for this wonderful class 🙏 When I first practiced it many years ago, I did not experience it as deeply as I do now. Really stress melt away 😊

Dear Kelley, that DOES sound stressful. Yes, you can definitely put your legs up an a sofa as well. It will be different, but you will get similar benefits. It will be interesting for you to engage your "awareness" muscles and feel the difference between legs bent on the sofa and legs extended up the wall! Report back! :) A big puddle of relaxation. :) I love it. Namaste, Melissa

Thank you So much Melissa , I've got PTSD, and I'm staying with an abusive person,so I'm Constantly being triggered( fight or flight ), I lean to your yoga sessions for comfort and relaxation. Thanks again , Much love🙏🤗😘😘💖💖💖🤲💫✨✨🙏

This class was perfect for me since I am recovering from being sick. I loved seal pose and of course, legs up the wall was excellent for my immune system. Thank you!

Hi Melissa, this class really did energize me. I was feeling very lethargic before I did the class. Also, I've been doing aerobics since I was 23 years old, and now I'm 61. I added yoga to my routine about two years ago. Recently, I have eliminated aerobics and am just doing yoga. At this point in my life, I just want to stay toned and strengthen my body. I'm glad I found your videos. They're perfect! Namaste.

We bought a new car yesterday and so this class was a MUST today to rid myself of all of that stress and it worked wonders! My question is about the legs up a wall pose....is it more or less effective to just put my legs up on my sofa or do the lymph draining benefits mostly come from having the legs fully extended? The first time I tried this video I was melting into my mat, this time I was just a big puddle of relaxation by the end! Thank you so much for all that you do! Namaste, Kelley

I mostly manage to select a class that fits me well for the day. Today I felt reluctance to do this but I stayed with it and perhaps in some way this was the right class for me today. Loved so many messages in this - for gentleness, 70% effort, a relaxed colon is not a constipated colon :D . I am beginning to like the familiarity of some poses that has developed over time by practicing so many of your videos. Each time there is a new way of going deeper into a familiar pose. Thank you for this class!

Thank you for a really good session that I needed after playing in a very stressful golf tournament. I had occasional bm problems before I started doing Yoga. Since I have been doing Yoga, I have NONE. I have been doing your Yoga session for a little over a year and have noticed many positive changes in my body. Thank you, again. Please keep doing what you do. By the way, I am 72 years young and having the time of my life. Namaste.

Melissa, thank you for this ULTIMATE practice. :) It's quite beneficial to me. I like how you instruct to relax the upper body in the warrior poses; it helped extremely for me to open my lower half. I'm talking to my brothers and Dad now since they got home from work and I feel relaxed because I just did this practice 15min before. My voice is more relaxed and my thoughts have slowed down, in a good way. I love love love the hands between knee and shoulder pose, I forget what it's called. Ha. BTW, the recipe for stewed apples is delish! I will be making it everyday for the next few days most likely as I bought two bags of MI Gala apples, for they are on sale now. :) Your practices have helped my digestion since day one, about four yrs ago, when I found your channel on KZbin. Thank you!

Hi Madeline, I'm so happy that the cue was helpful for you both in your physical body and also in your life in that it allowed you to open and be more relaxed with your Dad and brother. Enjoy the stewed apples :) They are so good right now :) I'm so happy that your yoga practice is helping you so much. I remember when I first started practicing yoga, I used to notice my voice would be much more relaxed too, It would drop so much deepr, such a great side effect. Thanks for practicing yoga with me!
