The ghost cars were apparently there to provide transportation in case the player was stuck in the woods on foot (for example after destroying their own car). Why are they damaged? That's the mystery. Perhaps it has no story at all, other than the developers wanting to give us a mystery to talk about. It does make sense, why would anyone leave a car in the forest? Maybe to get rid of it after it was damaged (beyond repair)? The reason some are moving is because they just spawned (fell from the sky) and fell on a slope, resulting in them rolling down the hill. The suicide photographers are perhaps just badly programmed. They may have incorrect pathing and don't have the ability to swim, since they were never meant to be in water in the first place. People suggest it's a reference to the saying "To see Naples and die", since they are looking at and taking pictures of the city (in this case Los Santos) and then killing themselves.

I think I know what they are talking about when it comes to CJ’s house having breathing in it, I think it’s either a glitch or they purposely put that because. In the stealth missions your so quiet that you can hear CJ breathing, and I’ve had it happened to me a few times, but it’s either a glitch which I doubt, or it’s just CJ breathing because the house is quiet and nobody else is there, which means that Rockstar most likely put that into the game.

the ghost glendale is a copy of the normal glendale car model with all it's panels damaged. Don't know why they really needed a separate model for that but there's one of the sadler as well, but it's a bit rarer. it can be found and the weird dock to the clear north of the map.

Actually, the interiors are located very high ABOVE the map, in areas that you can't normally reach. For example, just fly up above CJ's house with a trainer or cheat cars float away when hit and you will see the save icon, as well as the surroundings turn black around you. The game just simply doesn't have the interior loaded. This is why if you recruit gang members, go inside cj's house and save the game, then exit the interior, as the game deloads the interior, you will after a few seconds see the same gang members fall to their deaths onto CJ's roof from the sky You will also occassionally see interior markers high up in the sky, for example when you jump out of the Andromeda during the mission "Andromeda" if you pay very close attention and know where it is, you may see one. The "strange breathing" is CJ's breathing. It happens when you enter a shadowy area. It's meant to showcase that you are "hidden". Just like in Madd Dogg's mission. Your blip will even turn shadowy.
