I need to loose weight lm 52 with pcos insulin resistance and now menopause.. Help .. Doing the keto diet cannot hurt.The gall bladder.Also is there not a way that we can lose the insulin resistance besides doing keto

I have 160pmol 2 hr insulin fasting .. what you do 52 yrs old Dr didn't believe me with pcos but finally was confirmed and now hysterectomy and l can't loose weight... all numbers high .. what to do ? Does it have to be keto??? I'm low income

Low income can do this. Follow Dr. Boz & Dr. Mindy (also) for more specifics Learn & do Intermittent fasting Eat unprocessed real food: Meat, Fish (low mercury wild caught), Chicken, Eggs Whole fat dairy for some people goat cheeses may work for some people. Eat above ground non starchy veggies (fermented is good) For fruit, only small portion of berries (until you are in goal maintaining) If you are eating full fat you may not need or want to add much more, but it depends. If you are adding fats: Butter, olive oil, MCT oil, are some. Keep it simple…really simple. No refined carbs. Take Vitamin D3/K2, Magnesium, Stay hydrated, move your body, rest, calm, sleep.

Vegetables and fruit contain carbohydrates. Green leafy veggies have the fewest carbohydrates. The fruit with the lowest carbs are berries.
