I had had hair fall from 2017 to 2023 . Many treatment done like onion oil and flaxseed gel. No difference. And also not used shampoo when using flaxseed gel for one year but shampoo 3 month once. Use finastride 1mg for 2 years continuously and then reduce to 0.25mg every 2 days. This would provide great results. Mine crown area baldness has reduced almost 60% after 1 year of usage. Initially more hair will be lost during taking the medicine as it sheds the unhealthy hair. The result can be seen only after 6 months of continuous medication. Except finastride nothing works out.
