എനിക്ക് pcod ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. തുടർച്ചയായി വയറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ബ്ലഡ്‌ വരാൻ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ആണ് ഡോക്ടർനെ കണ്ടത്. ആയുർവേദ മരുന്ന് ആണ് ഞാൻ കഴിച്ചത്. മരുന്ന് കഴിച്ച് രണ്ടു മാസം ആയപ്പോൾ പീരിയഡ്‌സ് കറക്റ്റ് ഡേറ്റിനു വരാൻ തുടങ്ങി. ഇപ്പോൾ എനിക്കൊരു കുഞ്ഞുണ്ട്. Pcod യ്ക്കു ഏറ്റവും നല്ല മരുന്ന് exercise എന്നാണ് dr എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞത്
