Man I really love both builds. Hung’s personality is awesome, he seems like a very intelligent, humble and fun person to hang out with. Cant wait to see both builds in person. LFG FPM!

@@PUREADDICT I would too, 2 things i didnt like with the 3rd is the middle row seats dont slide and the 3rd row head room is less (but no adult sits there).

Love the V8. Yes it is mostly reliable, but it does still have its quirks, especially with the 2008-2009 years.

Regear and tune would help mpg tremendously. You should be 4:88 minimum, maybe 5:29 with 37's.
@evaneeverard1493 ай бұрын
Was looking at the AWE head unit specs but doesn't list how many EQ bands are tunable, would you happen to know that info? And for the carven exhaust did you use a universal and have a muffler shop install it or did you use the available tundra system?
@jesselaredo9694 ай бұрын
did this head unit work with factory back up camera? Did your rig require the JBL adapter, I can't seem to find that adapter. thanks

3rd gen is gorgeous but the price nowadays and possible engine issues I gotta go with a tried and true second gen
@AnthonyMoreaux-dq9rq2 ай бұрын
That 3rd gen motor is the Achilles heel of that rig… complete liability! The naturally aspirated 2nd gen can’t and won’t be beat! Another knock on the 3rd gen is the rear storage when running the 3rd bench… literally can’t even fit a Jan sport backpack. Look wise the 3rd gen redesign is very nice… aggressive and stylish at the same time! Perfect blend would be 3rd gen going naturally aspirated again and add 9-10 more interior inches. Both rigs are sick and super clean!
