Ex homeless here. Here's the problem when you're out there. No bathroom or bathing facilities. No ability to even wash your soiled clothing. And then thers hunger. You ever go to sleep hungry with you stomache growling as you force youself to sleep dreaming of something as simple as a bologna sandwich. And then this. Here's the cold reality of this situation. You get complacent, comfortable in your squalor. Me, as an individual couldn't do this. You ask for help from whatever agency will help. You comply with the program or you go back to that cold sidewalk. You set your goals and progress. You give it all up and surrender to stranger's help. And then you move on. I understand the situation but don't condone the entitled apathy. You want that golden ring? Then reach for it. It ain't fallin' in your lap. And for God's sake, don't shit where you sleep. Animals don't do that!

5000 years ago, everyone on the planet was "homeless" and we survived just fine. Stick frame houses are a recent invention. You don't deserve to have one "just because you are a human being". If want to live in a $250,000 home you need to create $250,000 of value to the world. Then you can have a $250,000 home. Who is going to give you a home for free? A free home is not free. It takes lots of labor and tremendous effort to create a home, and the average home only lasts 80 years maximum, or one lifetime. So if you want to have a home for your lifetime, you must work and build it yourself with your own effort. Homeless people are so entitled and greedy to want a home that someone else has built.

If rents were not so outrageously over priced in 95% of all apartments in most of the nation's metropolitan areas there would be far less homeless people. The New York City based property management companies perfected high rents & are the one that deliberately, purposely & intentionally caused 85% of the homeless problem nationwide.

Really? Because about zero percent of these people have jobs, making the price of rent meaningless. Almost all of these people are homeless from addiction and refusal to accept any help program.

Portland's homeless are suing the city of Portland for "not storing CAMPERS personal possessions for 30 days". Silly geese... they're not CAMPERS.... they weren't camping in a campground... sidewalks & curbs aren't campsites!

It is tragic the way the homeless are treated. I am pissed at Carlo and the Hispanic lady in Chula Vista... Have compassion and empathy for God's sake 💯 when u speak about them. God does not like ugly. You 2 were disgraceful earlier 😔 so what u could see them from the freeway!!! Ugh u guys really pissed me off

Take one or two of them to your home, or let them camp on your street. Then, you can practice your compassion to it's fullest.
