As per Drone Rules, Yellow Zone me fly karne ke liye local Air Traffic Controller se permission lagti hai, but Delhi mostly Red Zone me hoga kyuki yaha 2 airports hain, cantt. Area hai, PM/President residence hain etc etc. Mere khyal se Delhi me legally drone fly karna next to impossible hai... Baaki kisi jagah, other than yellow/red zone per agar koi drone udane ke charges leta hai toh wo locally depend karta hai, wo toh waha ja kar hi pata chalega...

What are written down regulations for Red Zone? How to obtain these clearances for commercial use?

Drone Rules just mention that permission from Central government is required for flying in Red Zone. Noting more is written. So you may ask the governing agency due to which red zone has been declared (you have to guess), like Military Area, Oil and Gas Installation any other sensitive industry or government office etc. You may have to approach them for seeking the permission.

ड्रोन उड़ाने से पहले जहां उड़ाने जा रहे हैं वो किस ज़ोन में आता है वो देख लें। सिर्फ ग्रीन ज़ोन में ही आप ड्रोन उड़ा सकते हैं। प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्रों में भी ड्रोन उड़ाना मना है। ड्रोन का रजिस्ट्रेशन उसकी कैटेगरी से तय होता है, न कि उसकी कीमत से। प्लेन में ड्रोन check-in लगेज मे ही ले जा सकते हैं। पुलिस जिन्हें जानकारी नहीं हैं उन्हें इससे अवगत कराए। वो आपका कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ पाएंगे।

Yes you can. If your drone was registered before these 3-4 months and you were in India then, then you can show them that you got the drone in India only and you are not importing.

रिजर्व फॉरेस्ट prohibited place होते हैं। हो सकता है वो डिजिटल sky के map पर marked न हो। पर हमे drone उड़ाने से पहले इस बात का ध्यान रखना है। बाकी किसी ग्रीन zone में ड्रोन उड़ाने के लिए permission की जरूरत नहीं है।

Thank you for your appreciation. I have taken bills from offline stores but you'll have to pay the GST. There are many places to get the Drone insurance. Just search Drone Insurance on Google. Tropogo is one among many others.
